Pregnancy Yoga

I’m currently offering Pre and Postnatal Yoga privately online and in person in Leeds. My general classes are always suitable if you are pregnant or postnatal and I offer cover for studio classes in and around Leeds.

Prenatal classes are designed to support you physically and emotionally throughout Pregnancy, birth and beyond. 

My signature approach blends Hatha Yoga, somatics, functional movement, meditation, breathwork and deep rest. Some classes will also include hypnobirthing, sonic massage and/or Yoga Nidra. This carefully considered range of practices is designed to deepen your connection with your body and tune into your intuition in preparation for birth and early motherhood.


These classes can help support you to:

🌱 Work with and get to know your body as it changes and address common pregnancy symptoms.

🌱 Improve posture, pelvic mobility and responsivity in your core and pelvic floor.

🌱 Prepare for birth mentally, emotionally and physically including practicing tools and techniques for labour including breathwork and biomechanics.

🌱 Connect with your inner worlds, improve body awareness and heighten trust in your intuition. 

🌱 Bond and build your relationship with your baby. 

🌱 Rest, relax and regulate your nervous system.

Classes are suitable from 13 weeks. Beginners are welcome as are experienced yogi’s and everyone in between – classes will meet you where you are.

I have a lending library of pregnancy and birth books you are welcome to borrow from if you are attending a block of classes or working with me privately.

If we are working on a one to one basis, classes can incorporate any of my other services including birth and postnatal planning, biomechanics for birth, core and pelvic floor support, meditation and Yoga Nidra. You are welcome to include birth partner(s) for full or partial planning sessions and to practice partner support for pregnancy and birth. I also offer virtual support during pregnancy and the fourth trimester. If you would like individual support, please get in touch.

One to One

I also offer private pregnancy yoga sessions online and in person in Leeds and surrounding areas. These sessions are tailored to your needs and can blend any of my offerings. This can include biomechanics and birth preparation and planning; a birth partner is welcome to join you for this if you wish. Please get in touch if you like to discuss bespoke prenatal support.
